Update 2024 – We will no longer be providing this service or these devices. Please Contact Us for the return address. Keep in mind that you are billed for the device, not the service. Service is included from t-mobile with the device. If devices are not returned, the full amount of the device will be billed.
Update August 29, 2022 – This subscription service is now a flat-rate $60.00 per month. We cover all additional fees and you’re Gateway is fully active upon delivery. Simply plug it in and start using it. The T-Mobile App for Android or IOS on the T-Mobile site can help with finding the best location and other configuration options. For more detailed Setup options login to your device with your favorite browser as admin at http://192.168.12.1/ while connected to the unique, factory set T-Mobile SSID listed on the bottom of the Gateway. We provide this product with express written permission from T-Mobile. This product is available ONLY to specific customers in our local area. This product is NOT for Sale to the general public outside of our service areas. All information about the device and service, etc is exactly what T-Mobile states on their website. You can read about the Gateway Device and Service at the T-Mobiles WebSite. If we have delivered a device to you, this is where you can pay for the service. Dixie Networks llc is your support for the device.
If you have received a Business Internet WiFi Gateway (“Router”), you are responsible for it and the Router must be returned to Dixie Networks LLC in an undamaged and working condition, when returned. If the Router is not returned, lost or stolen, you must pay the replacement cost of the Router up to $750. The Router must be returned immediately (a) upon our request; or (b) upon termination of your Business Internet Service with Dixie Networks LLC.
